Jay Paul, or JP as he is known by his friends and clients was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Southern California. He attended the premier West Coast college of Loyola Marymount University where he graduated from The Conrad Hilton School of Business with a degree in finance.
He has been recognized as a reverse mortgage expert and has been certified by the elite New York University, also known as NYU. He holds multiple state certifications from California, Idaho and Oregon.
